New Branch Solution

Target client: The newly established enterprises or branches

Boro's New Branch Deployment Solution features easy deployment, high cost-effectiveness, flexibility and reliability. It most suited for new enterprises and for newly established branch offices.

Easy Deployment

With the solution, user can wire up their new offices using one type of cable alone - either category 5 or category 6. The data and voice networks will be integrated into one, simplifying management and reducing maintenance costs.

Conventional PBX systems require the use of proprietary hardware interface modules which often require complex installation and configuration procedures. With the BN2000 IP-PBX, only a few simple steps through the web interface are required to add, delete, and make change to extensions.

Efficiency

As discussed before, maintenance costs can be greatly reduced because of the simplified wiring. Likewise, only one set of wiring is required as we expand the system, again bringing great cost savings. All of Boro’s products (the BN300 SIP Phone, BN1100 Remote Office Exchange, BN2000 IP Communication Server, etc.) are equipped with a web user interface to facilitate remote management.

As shown in the figure, with the use of the BN400 Soft Phone, employees working outside of the office can enjoy the same conveniences as if they are working in the office. Employees working in the office and outside of the office can communicate with one another as easily as if they are working inside of the same building. Communication expenses of the enterprise can be greatly reduced.

With the use of the BN300 SIP hard phone, the seat plan in the office can become extremely flexible. Binding of extension numbers to individual hard phones can be made dynamically. Changes in the employee seat plan will no longer require any troublesome reconfiguration of a PBX or any wiring change.

The BN2000 IP Communication Server offers many enhanced features such as voicemail, auto-attendant, dynamic route selection, message waiting indicator, etc. With the integration of voicemail and electronic mail into a common IP network based solution, the enterprise can enjoy the reduction in management complexity and cost burden.
The BN1000 Media Gateway supports the FXO/FXS and E1/T1 interfaces in flexible combinations. Enterprises can provision and expand the gateway flexibly according to their traffic demand. Up to eight FXO/FXS or E1/T1 interfaces are supported by a single gateway.

A complete, independent and reliable IP communication architecture can be established by the deployment of the BN1100 Remote Office Switch, which allows a branch office to be seamlessly integrated into the enterprise communication network, and to enjoy uninterrupted communication services even when network problems occur among the branches and headquarters.

Flexibility

New extension numbers can be easily created with the acquisition of additional software licenses. Adding of new extension numbers requires no hardware configurations other than software license acquisitions.
Both the BN2000 IP Communication Server and the BN1000 Media Gateway are based on a distributed software architecture and stackable hardware design, allowing the system capacity to scale easily.

The BN2000 IP Communication Server supports dynamic route selection, and the user may subscribe to multiple international/long-distance telephony and IP services providers to minimize his/her communication costs.
